Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

          Vegan Chocolate cookies

If you want a sweet treat that tastes neat but don't want to eat animal products I have found a solution. My friends swear that these are better than regular cookies.

     Here's a list of ingredients

1/2 cup of azucar or organic sugar
1/2 cup organic brown sugar packed tightly
1/3 cup vegan smart balance light or vegan butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. Organic vanilla. (Be aware of alcohol for you straight edge cuties)
Some imitation vanilla does without it be savvy.
Egg replacer (equivalent to one egg)
Try Ener G egg replacer or some arrowroot
1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
16 oz. Organic chocolate chips

Mix all the wet ingredients together until smooth. Add dry ingredients. Mix with a wooden spoon (wooden cause it reminds me of my momma)
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for ten minutes. Cool for a few minutes than taste heaven in your hand. Love this recipe and share the check out of it. As always I love you Vegan do Gooddooer. I tip my hat to thee <3

vegan glutten free jackfruit potroast

To make some vegan pot roast all you need is a can of jackfruit and a little confidence.



List of ingredients are as follows

2 cans of Jackfruit in water (do not buy the one in syrup it is too sweet) 
Check your local Asian markets. 
organic carrots
organic potatoes (homegrown are always nice) :)
Creoles best vegan brown gravy (if you can not find this brand check labels some gravy's are vegan. or make your own with some cornstarch and vegetable stock and some caramel color 
onion
celery
bay leaves
salt
pepper
vegetable broth
no chicken broth
no beef broth
vegetable stock
pot roast marinade (read the label and make sure it is vegan)




         Preparation

Add one cup of vegetable broth, 1/2 cup of no chicken broth, 1/2 cup of no beef broth and 1/4 cup vegetable stock and the pot roast marinade to a heavy stock pot. Add the 2 cans of jackfruit drained of it's water and some onion and bay leaves to the stock. Cook on high for two hours adding water as the level goes down. After two hours turn down the flame to medium low and simmer until 3/4 ths of the water is gone. add cut potatotes, celery and carrots to the mixture and cook for twenty minutes or until the vegies are tender. Dump entire mixture into a heavy oven safe dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for twenty minutes or until the mixture becomes soupy. Remove from oven and let sit without stirring. Prepare some mashed potatoes (use heartsmart or other vegan butter sticks) and soy or almond milk. Prepare the gravy in a seperate saucepan or to make your own add 1 cup of water, salt ,1 tablespoon vegetable oil,soy or almond milk and three tablespoons of cornstarch and caramel color stir over flame until combined add 1 tablespoon vegetable stock 1 tsp. no beef broth and stir until desired thickness. prepare plates and pour gravy over top as desired. add two or three yellow peppers and enjoy.
